Tips

Use Sample Analysis: Let Flows analyze existing content samples to create your voice definition. Even one sample piece can provide accurate voice analysis, though using 2-3 samples offers the most comprehensive results.

Create Voice Hierarchy: Set up a general company voice at the workspace level to define your overall tone, then create specialized voices in specific spaces for different content types like marketing, sales, or technical documentation.

Separate Client Voices: If you work with multiple clients, create distinct voices for each one in their respective spaces to maintain their unique communication styles.
